Resilience is a grief support group for those trying to find their way after devastating loss. We create a place where anyone can have the opportunity to share their grief, express anger, remember, share, strengthen coping skills, and ask difficult questions as they mourn the loss of a loved one. Resilience Grief Support exists to offer comfort and hope to those who grieve. A support group will begin in the spring, facilitated by Ellen Lain who decided to start the ministry after the loss of both her teenage daughter and her husband. We remember and mourn together, help grieving friends live in their ‘new normal’, and look at Jesus — the Wounded Healer — our Counselor and Comforter.
